Adeline Butter
November 12, 1926 — August 18, 2010
Adeline Butter, age 83, of Cicero passed away Wednesday morning August 18, 2010 at her home. She was born November 12, 1926, daughter of the late Lars and Pauline (Ihrig) Rasmussen.
On June 3, 1953 she was united in marriage to Robert Butter. He preceded her in death on December 4, 1987.
Adeline was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour. She enjoyed life on the farm, gardening, and most importantly time spent with family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter Marilyn Bryant of Abrams; 2 sons: Ronald (Sheria) Butter and Donald (Michele) Butter both of Seymour; a grandson Robby Butter; 3 sisters: Marian Kohler and Evelyn Scheirland both of Winchester, Polly Johnson of Neenah, and Edna Rasmussen of Winchester; 3 sisters-in-law: Dorothy Noack of Green Bay, Marjorie Raether of Appleton, and Audrey Druckrey of Neenah.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Catherine; sister Florence; 5 brothers: Carl, Chris, George, Fred, and Lester.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour, from 10 AM until memorial services at 11 AM with Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating. Inurnment will take place in the parish cemetery.
