Allan Marcks

Allan R. Marcks, age 76, of Black Creek, passed away Wednesday morning, March 26, 2014 at his home. He was born October 17, 1937 son of Norman and Mildred (Burmeister) Marcks.
On October 13, 1956 he was united in marriage to Betty Kemp. She preceded him in death on January 13, 1986. On September 22, 1995 he was married to Martha Bartels.
Allan was a member of Cicero United Methodist Church. Al farmed and drove truck for many years.
Allan was survived by his wife Martha, daughters: Cindy (Robert) Brantley, Seymour; Karen (Dean) Roskom, Black Creek; sons: Robert (Chris) Marcks, Seymour; Kenneth Marcks (fiancAC.e Carrie), Pulaski; step son, Dave (Bea) Bartels, Suamico; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and one on the way; one brother, Loren (Jeanie) Marcks, Black Creek; one sister, Susan (Ivan) Klosterman, Bonduel.
He was preceded in death by a son, Terry; and a step-grandson, Coty Bartels.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 1 p.m. until services at 3 p.m. with Pastor Rebecca Henry officiating. Burial will take place in the Seymour City Cemetery.
