Audrey E. Whitted, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. She was born April 19, 1923 to Maurice L. and Lillian C. (Lueckel) Keenan in Leland, IL., and grew up on a farm in the Black Creek area.

After graduation of Shiocton High School she worked several years at Kimberly Clark to earn money to attend nursing school at Jackson Park Hospital, Chicago. After working in several hospitals and living in Chicago, she later retired from Sherwin-Williams Paint Co. as their Occupational Health Registered Nurse. After retirement she moved to Sun City, AZ 1992. Then back to the Fox Valley at Touchmark, later to Meadow Wood and then Good Shepherd in Seymour. Two great-nieces, Kelly Kathleen Audrey Wussow and Brenda Ann Keenan share the same birth date of April 19th with Audrey.

She is survived by Goddaughter & niece Kathy (Fred) Schroeder, Black Creek; nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews: Timothy's children, Mandy (Fiance` Curtis Denk) Schroeder and expected child, Manitowac; Erik Schroeder, Appleton; Todd (Lynn) Schroeder and their children, Kylie and Marissa Schroeder; Kelly (Robyn) Wussow, and their son Jorey; Joan Brugger, FL and her children: Craig (Carol)Brugger and their children Corey and Kelsey; Troy (Lynn) Brugger and their daughter Sydney;
Brian (Pat) Brugger, FL and their child, Tammy Butler; Lynn (Bill) Hall, FL; Deb Brugger, Black Creek and her children: Laura, Sharon and Michael; Amy Jo (Fred) Peters, Black Creek and their children: Jamie and John; Michael (Linda) Keenan, Beloit and their children: Jennifer, Brenda and Dana; Kathy (James) Williams, Redgranite; many other relatives;special friends and caretakers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; sister and brother-in-law, Eileen and Lawrence Brugger; brother and sister-in-law, Laverne and Marie (Muelmanns) Keenan; niece, Donna (Keenan) Arnoldussen; nephews: Neil, James, Vern and Burt Brugger; great nieces: Dawn Lea Schroeder & Crystal Solberg Orlando; great-nephews: Timothy Schroeder and Clint Solberg.

A sincere thanks for the excellent care Audrey received while she lived a good life at Meadow Wood and
Good Shepherd also to Pastor Jim for his many visits.
