Barbara J. Bartman, age 62, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Cherry Meadows in Appleton. She was born January 27, 1947 in Rossburg, Ohio to the late Basil and Helen (McGlinch) Subler. On February 17, 1966 she was united in marriage to Ronald Bartman in Black Creek. Ronald preceded her in death on September 15, 2008.
Barb graduated from Missinawa Valley High School in Ohio. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran in Black Creek
Survivors include her children: Sarah (Kevin) Ambrosius, Seymour; Travis (Darci) Bartman, Black Creek; Jason Bartman, Black Creek; grandchildren: Crystal, Stephanie, Isabelle, Wyatt; four sisters: Villa Jean (Bob) Clark; Shirley Miller, Janet (Craig) VanPatten, Judy (Norman) Warner, two brothers: Rodney (Alcesta) Subler and Thomas Subler.
She was preceded in death by one grandson Garrett, a brother, Richard Subler and a brother-in-law, Leon Miller.
Friends may call at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 E. Birch Street, Black Creek on Monday, February 16, 2009 from 3 PM until funeral services at 6 PM with Pastor John Brandt officiating.
