Barbara Lee Mayville, age 67, passed away Friday evening, October 15, 2010, at her home with her family by her side. She was born September 27, 1943, in Green Bay, daughter of the late Vilas and Pauline (Cartony) Holland. On December 29, 1962, she was united in marriage to Wilfred Mayville at St. Jude's Church in Green Bay. Barb was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Navarino. She was a member of Challenge the Outdoors. She loved spending time at Stella Lake in Michigan, Hodag, and winters in Mexico. Time spent with her grandchildren was precious to her. Barb had a love for her pets.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; children: Tim Mayville, Green Bay; Dave (Chriss) Mayville, Greenwood; Bob (Leslie) Mayville, Dale; Becky (Chris) Herb, Wittenberg, Jon (Laura) Mayville, Poynette; 17 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Faye Holland, Wausaukee; a special cousin, Katy Cartoney-Jansen, Minnesota; nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Holland.
Friends may call at St Lawrence Catholic Church in Navarino on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, from noon until funeral services at 3:00 p.m. with Father Theodore Hendricks and Deacon Don Coonen officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com .
