Clara M. (John) Kerwin, age 86, of Oneida passed on to meet her Savior Jesus Christ on March 1, 2022. She was born on January 26, 1936 to the late Lomas and Nellie (Skenandore) John.
Clara was united in marriage to Harold Kerwin and he preceded her in death.
Clara served in the Air Force for 13 years. She enjoyed going on trips with the Elders and Friends. She was a faithful member of the Oneida Assembly of God. She also loved owl figurines. She loved to bowl and was always a great friend to many. Most of all she loved her family and enjoyed teasing them.
She leaves behind her son, James (Jessica) Kerwin of Elkhorn, Nebraska; three grandchildren: Clara, Hana, and Jack; siblings: Tom (Adela) John, Cora John, Andrew (Lorrie) John, and Myron (Judy) John. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers: Benjamin Jahn and Ernest John; sister-in-law, Selma John.
Visitation for Clara will take place on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Oneida Assembly of God Church from 9:00 am until the memorial service at 11:00 am with Pastor Lonnie Johnson officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Oneida VFW Post.
