Cliff was awarded the Jaycees State Farm award in 1961. Cliff's son, Randall, joined in partnership in 1988 and the name of the farm was changed to Conradt Farms Partnership. They sold the 200 cow dairy farm in 2008 and just raised corn, soybeans, and wheat.
Cliff enjoyed traveling with a group of fellow farmers known as "Farmers on the bum." He also liked bowling. Cliff was a member of the Outagamie County Fair Association, and he also belonged to the Shiocton School Board and Shiocton Lions Club.
