Dale E. Wilber, 75 passed away on April 30, 2021 in Santa Monica, CA after a lingering illness. Dale was born on November 5, 1945, the oldest child of Avery and Marjorie Wilber. He graduated from Bonduel High School in 1963. He enjoyed his class reunions and tried to attend all of them. He served in the Army and did two tours of service in Vietnam. After serving in the Army, he settled in Santa Monica, California.
Dale collected old postcards, and was an avid stamp collector, either trading, buying or selling. He was also very interested in the family ancestry. He authored several books, including The Last Voyage of the Arisan Maru, the World War II story of his father. Lastly, he was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.
He is survived by his siblings, sisters: Ruthann (Al) Meiers, Debora Wilber and brother: Douglas (Julie) Wilber, three nieces: Laura (Casey) Stueck, Sarah Wilber, Alexandria Wilber.
Burial took place in the Ascension Cemetery, Navarino, Wisconsin.
