David E. ("Ray" or "Raymond") Henning, 53, of Seymour, passed away Monday morning, March 16, 2015 after a short time with cancer. He also had two kidney transplants, one in 1993 and another 2005.
Dave worked with Expera Specialty in De Pere for 28 years as a roll builder in the maintenance department. He was also on the Osborn Fire Dept. for many years.
Dave couldn't wait 'til September to come around so he could go duck and goose hunting with his son. He also enjoyed deer hunting in Gordon, Wisconsin and in Wyoming with his family and friends. Dave also loved to go camping with his grandchildren, family, and friends, and going to the Mackville tractor pulls with his daughter for Father's day. His house was always open to friends and family. He was a very welcoming person.
On July 26, 1986 he was united in marriage to Lori (Reiland) Henning and had two children: Brad (Dana) Henning, grandson, Trenton; daughter, Mindy Henning, granddaughters, Faith and Kendra. Also survived by his sister, Debbie Henning and brother, Donny (Diane) Henning; nieces, and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents, niece, grandparents, father-in-law, and nephews-in-law.
