David Kominowski

David "Bear" Kominowski, age 67, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024. He was born on July 10, 1957 in Milwaukee son of the late Daniel and Corrine (Warner) Kominowski.

He was raised by his mother, Corrine and his step-father, Joseph Hart having grown up in the Seymour area.

Bear bartended at area bars and restaurants including: Mer and Jackie's, Romy's, Five Corners, and a few other places. He later went on to work at the hardware store in Seymour until he bought his bar, "Just Bears" in Navarino, until his retirement.

Bear is survived by his siblings: Paulette (Oliver) Champeau, Richard (Ellen) Kominowski, Jeffrey (Chris) Kominowski, Brian (Janet) Hart, and Debbie (Ronald) Court; sisters-in-law: Louise and Stephanie Hart. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents and step-father, Joseph Hart, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Todd Hart and Stephen (Dorothy) Kominowski; step-brothers: Larry and Jim Hart; and step-sister, Maryanne Kwasnik.

Visitation will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 3:00 pm until the funeral service at 5:00 pm with Rev. Bill Schroeder officiating.
