Dawn Rae Johnson, 55, of Black Creek, formerly from Waukesha passed away peacefully Thursday, July 7, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born November 7, 1960, daughter of the late Marvin and Joyce (Brzek) Windsor. On June 2, 2000, she was united in marriage to Ward Johnson.
Dawn is survived by her husband, Ward; son, Craig (Michelle) Johnson; grandchildren: Avery and Ayden; three sisters: Lynn Lambert, Penny Willms and Beth Hackstein; one brother, Cory Windsor.
Private family services were held at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour.

Dawn Johnson's beautiful soul left us this morning, but the many precious memories will always be vivid in our hearts and minds. She will be missed by many, but will be remembered for her generosity, selflessness, unwavering support and unconditional love.
