Dennis Begay

Dennis Stuart Begay, age 51, of San Jose, California, passed away on September 28, 2007. He was born December 20th, 1955 to James and June (Cornelius) Begay in Oklahoma.

Stuart graduated from Camden High School in San Jose and later married Candace Hodge. He was employed as an electrician until his retirement due to illness.

In addition to his wife, Stuart is survived by his parents James and June Begay of Oneida; 2 daughters: Diane and Laura of San Jose; 1 son Edward of San Jose; and 3 grandchildren: Catalina, Manuel, and Gabriella. He is also survived by 3 sisters: Candace (John) Walton, Orem, UT, Susan (Dean) Wilson, Gilbert, AZ, and Carla (Todd) Di Salvo, San Jose, CA; and 2 brothers: James R., Oneida, and Joseph, Anchorage, AK.

Stuart is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Car and Nesbah Begay and his maternal grandparents Raymond and Lydia Cornelius.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 20th at 11:00 A.M. at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, with President Ryan Cropper officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Online condolences may be expressed at www.boettcherfuneralhomes.com .
