Donald Guyette

April 15, 1942 — March 4, 2025

Donald S Guyette, 82, formerly of Black Creek, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at Country Villa Assisted Living in Freedom. He was born April 15, 1942, son of the late Ronald and Clara (Latza) Guyette. He was united in marriage to Betty Guyette in 1979 and she preceded him in death in 2018.

Don and Betty owned Guyette's Little Acres produce stand in Black Creek. He had numerous jobs in the past, but his heart was in farming. He enjoyed life on the farm, hunting, and fishing. He had an outgoing personality and loved to tell embellished funny stories to make people laugh.

He is survived by his children: Linda (Jerry) Burich, Jodi (Mark) Neerdaels, and Tony Guyette; step-children: Brian (Phyllis) Guyette, Dawn (Dave) LeNoble, Denise Stiltjes; daughter-in-law, Hope Guyette; grandchildren: Eric Burich, Kristen Burich, Nevan Neerdaels, Tina (Justin) Broerman, Bob (Sara) Guyette, Shannon (Eric) Blaies, Brandy (Dayne) Monnot, Callista Stiltjes, Amanda (Daniel) Parker, Jesse (Rachel) Guyette, Cameron (Marissa) Learman, Kendra Meyer, Dalton (Kiley) Guyette, Chase Guyette, Wyatt Guyette, Cole Guyette, Gage Guyette, Gavin Guyette; and 23 great-grandchildren. Siblings: Donna Mae (John) De Daro, Rallin Guyette, Rhonda Gast, Ronnie (Kathy) Guyette, Charlie Guyette; sisters-in-law, Sue Guyette, Barb Plamann, Maxine Buss; and brother-in-law, Wayne Shephard.

Don is preceded in death by his wife Betty, his parents, step-son Keith Guyette; great granddaughter Aspen Meyer; brother Glen Guyette; sister Suzette Shepard; brothers-in-law Dan Gast, Joe Buss, Chuck Schwandt and Jerry Plamann; sister-in-law Audrey Schwandt.

The family would like to thank the staff at Country Villa in Freedom, Dr. Williams and his team, St. Croix Hospice, and Home Instead caregivers for their compassionate care.

Friends may call Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, with a prayer service to follow. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.
