Donald Madison

Donald W. Madison, 75, of Seymour, passed away Thursday evening, February 26, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 4, 1939, son of the late Walter and Verona (Barth) Madison.
On July 29, 1967, he was united in marriage to Marilyn Steinke in Tigerton.

Don was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Cicero and was on the church's dartball team. He farmed in the Town of Cicero and worked at Pulaski and Larsen Coop. Don was a member and founder of Nichols Go Getter Snowmobile Club. He enjoyed being a dairy farmer, snowmobiling, motorcycling, visiting with people, gardening and just being outside staying busy.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; children: Mark (Lisa) Madison, Michael (Jodie) Madison, Michelle (Richard) Krake, Marcie (Dean) Priebe, Vikki Habeck (fiancAC. Scott Hallam); 16 grandchildren: Adam (Stacy), Paige, Caleb, Brady, Cecelia, Kyle (special friend Anne), Dustin (fiancAC.e Brittney), Devin, Dayton, Jarrett, Makenzie, Makayla, Haley, Robert, Crystal, and Ryan; two great grandchildren: Jaxon and Madoxx; one sister, Delores Marquette; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Gerald Steinke, Roger (Barbara) Steinke, Alan Steinke; Betty Ann Steinke, Laurie (Frances) Miller and Judy (Phil) Cassler.
Don is preceded in death by one brother, Howard (Dorothy) Madison; one sister, Audrey (Erwin) Beyer; mother and father-in-law, Irvin and Louella Steinke; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law: Leo Marquette, Oliva Steinke and Ronald Steinke.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. and visitation will continue at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cicero on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ty Stoneburner officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
