Donna Reed

Donna M. Reed, age 76 of Green Bay passed away early Thursday morning, December 22, 2011 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born December 31, 1934 daughter of the late Thomas and Alice (Kollath) Murphy. On October 31, 1953 she was united in marriage to Patrick Reed in Seymour.

Donna was employed with the Social Security office retiring in 1987. She enjoyed her family, she was a generous person who enjoyed knitting and gave many pieces away to whoever needed one. Donna enjoyed her house and her cottage up north near Crivitz.

Donna was a loving mother and grandmother and is survived by her caring husband, Patrick; daughter, Toni (The late Chuck) Thomas, De Pere; son, Kevin (Gretchen Rabb) Reed, Appleton; grandchildren: Erin Thomas, Leslie (Justin) Schoen, Stephen Thomas, Colin Thomas, Elizabeth (Colby) Ward, Hannah Reed, Charlie Reed; great grandchildren: Alana, Reina, Beckham; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Don (Dorothy) Reed, Joan (Jim) Kralovtz, Delores Reed, Joyce Reed; many nieces, nephew and cousins

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Friday, December 23, 2011 from 6:00 PM until services at 7:30 PM with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial will take place in the St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Seymour. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com
