SPRISTER, DONNA M.

Donna M. Sprister, age 61, passed away Friday, December 26, 2008 at Brewster Village following a courageous battle with Parkinson's. She was born February 14, 1947, daughter of Delores (Bohl) Muenster and the late John Muenster. On April 15, 1967 she was united in marriage to Ronald Sprister. He preceded her in death on December 10, 2001 after 34 years together.

Donna and her late husband owned Sprister Financial in Seymour and Freedom. She was a member of the Community Church in Appleton. Donna was an avid golfer and Packer fan.

She is survived by her sons, Roy P. Sprister, Freedom; and Rob Sprister (special friend Vicky Randerson); mother, Delores Muenster, Seymour; mother-in-law, Margie Weyenberg, Seymour; brother, Terry (Susan) Muenster, Seymour; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Amy (Gary) Hodkiewicz, Shawano; Lyle Weyenberg, Freedom; Dave (Gail) Weyenberg, Freedom; Mary (Paul) Jochman, Freedom; Cathy (Steve) Simpson, New London; Rick (Ann) Weyenberg, Freedom; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her fathers-in-law, Roy W. Sprister and Orville Weyenberg.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Monday, December 29, 2008 from 4 PM until 8 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at the Community Church of Appleton, 3701 Gillett Street, from 10 AM until funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Larry Creamer officiating.
