Doris Lange

Doris L. Lange, age 91, of Seymour, passed away May 14, 2016, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Seymour.
She was born July 31, 1924, in the town of Cicero, the daughter of the late William and Anna (Miller) Jeske.

On November 9, 1946, she was united in marriage to Ervin Lange. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2005.

Doris was born on the family farm where later she farmed with Ervin until their retirement. She was a very proud farmer's wife, mother, and homemaker.

She is survived by her children: Stephen (Bernadine) Lange and Vernon (Arlene) Lange, both of Mauston; Harry (Denise) Lange, Kaukauna; and Diane (Dale) Thompson, Wisconsin Rapids. She is further survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 8 step-great-grandchildren.

Doris was preceded in death by a daughter, Avis; three sisters, and four brothers; step-grandson, Victor.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 9:30 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am with Bruce Shaw and Eric Nueske officiating. Burial will take place in the South Cicero Cemetery.
