Douglas Theobald

Douglas P. Theobald, 46, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at his home. He was born April 19, 1968, son of Jerome "Pete" and Pat (Nehring) Theobald.

Doug was a 1986 graduate of Seymour High School and a member of the State Championship football team and also participated in basketball and baseball. He worked in construction all of his employed years and enjoyed fishing, hunting, football, all sports and especially following the Green Bay Packers.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Black Creek.

Doug is survived by his parents, Jerome "Pete" and Pat; four brothers: Jim (Linda), Steve (special friend Amy), Joe (special friend Deb) and Greg (Dawn) Theobald; nieces and nephews: Eric (Kimberly) Bombinski, Mackenzie, Tyler (Amy), Allison and Casey Theobald; two great nieces, Gracie and Gabby.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Black Creek on Friday, February 6, 2015 from 9 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. with Fr. Theodore Hendricks officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.

Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements.
