Elaine Brandt

February 24, 1924 — March 1, 2016

Elaine M. Brandt, 92, of Black Creek, passed away Tuesday morning, March 1, 2016 at Shepherd's Inn in Seymour. She was born February 24, 1924, daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Scholl) Schuh.
On April 9, 1947, she was united in marriage to Roy Brandt in South Dakota. He preceded her in death January 26, 2007.
Elaine was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Black Creek.
Elaine and Roy operated Brandt's Hardware Store and Roy's Heating and Plumbing. She also worked at Valley Bank in Black Creek and Appleton. Elaine and Roy were proud of their community and were very active supporters of community efforts.
Survivors include her nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Elaine is preceded by her sister, Regina (Jake) Van Camp; five brothers: Clarence (Margaret), Bill (Stella), Ralph (Rose), Larry (Adeline) and Sylvester (LaVerne).
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 9:30 am until the funeral service at 11 am with Father Theodore Hendricks officiating. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com
