Emory Beyer
October 3, 1923 — February 11, 2010
Emory "Bud" G. Beyer, age 86, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Green Bay. He was born October 3, 1923, son of the late Herman and Ella (Miller) Beyer.
He was united in marriage to Virginia Schimmelpfenning on June 26, 1969, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Town of Center. She preceded him in death on February 9, 2005.
Bud was employed most of his life farming and the remainder of his working years with Stokely Van Camp Canning and Seymour Canning. He enjoyed farming, gardening, and collecting antiques.
He is survived by one son, Jerry (Cassie) Beyer, Appleton; brother Russell (Helen) Beyer, Kaukauna; sister Ione Court, Freedom and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 4 PM until 7 PM and on Monday, February 15, 2010 at the funeral home from 10 am until funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Grant Applehans officiating.
