Eunice Drephal

DREPHAL, EUNICE

Eunice M. Denny Drephal, age 75, passed away Tuesday morning, May 25, 2010 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. She was born April 26, 1935 to the late Alpheuse and Julia (Hase) Denny.

In August of 1965 she married Harlow Drephal. He preceded her in death in 1999. Eunice enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning and spending time with her family during the holidays. She also enjoyed making ceramics and oil paintings. Her favorite hobby was playing bingo with her friends.

She is survived by her children: Deborah L. (Timothy) Carpenter, Green Bay; Linda (Jim) Johnson, West Bend; Kathy (Al) Woodford, Green Bay; Teri (Dan Zeutzius) Marcks, Green Bay; Harlan (Chris) Drephal, Seymour; Larry (Barb) Drephal, TN; Ginny (Steve) Wallace, Menasha; Fred (Deb) Drephal, Tomahawk; Raelene (Kenny) Gorges, New London; Harlow (Tari) Drephal, New London; Dan (Jennifer) Drephal, Kaukauna; daughter-in-law, Brenda Geurts, MO; 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; brothers: Donald (Barbara) Denny, Oneida; and Gordon (Darlene) Denny, Gillett; brother-in-law, Wayne Lemerond, Gillet; very special friends, Vicky (Michael) LaFond, Oneida.

She was preceded in death by two sons, David Geurts and infant Mark Drephal; brother, Alpheuse Denny Jr; three sisters, Viola Webster, Sharon Lemerond and Helen Giese; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dorthea and Lawrence Drephal.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 4 PM to 8 PM with the Oneida Singers at 6:30 PM. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday, May 28, 2010 from 9 AM until funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Earl Smith officiating. Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
