Fern Irene (Peterman) (Noack) Rawling, age 78, of Black Creek, born to eternal life August 23, 2012 in her home. She was born August 18, 1934 to Clarence and Lucille (Peterson) Peterman on a farm near Suring.
Fern married Donald Noack in 1951 and they had five children: Debby (Chuck) Stellmacher, Seymour; Lu Ann Oskey, Black Creek; Wayne Noack, Keshena; Joel Noack, Alexandria, VA; Jason Noack, Kaukauna. Fern married Edward Rawling in 1968 and they had a daughter Mary (James) Ratajski, Whitefish Bay, WI; she is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; also surviving is two sisters Leah (Herb) Giese, Gillett; Myra (Al) Hann, Oregon, WI.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek, Ladies Aid, Black Creek Lions Club, where she held many offices and also a member of the Legion Auxiliary in Black Creek.
Fern and her husband Edward owned and operated E & F Construction and the Old Coach Inn Bed and Breakfast in Black Creek.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Evon and a brother Ivan.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 4-8 PM and on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek from 9:30 AM until services at 11:00 AM with Pastor Stephen Schlicht and Pastor John Brandt officiating.
