Frank Krizek
February 2, 1922 — May 25, 2009
Frank J. Krizek, age 87, of Seymour passed away Monday, May 25, 2009 in Seymour. He was born February 2, 1922 in Maribel to the late Anton and Mary (Steffens) Krizek.
On September 27, 1952 he married the late Ingeborg "Ranne" Swalheim at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Seymour.
Frank and Ranne farmed for many years in Seymour. Together they enjoyed the outdoors and going on long walks together.
Frank is survived by his daughter Margie Krizek of Chicago, and nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a "grandson" David (Lili) Cadotte and "great grandson" Nathaniel all of Chicago, and his long time companion Hobo the cat.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn and Marie, and two brothers, David and Ed.
Friends may call at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Seymour on Saturday, May 30, 2009 from 10 AM until the funeral mass at 11 AM with Fr. Bob Kabat and Deacon Orvell DeBruin officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
