December 21, 1942 — August 13, 2012

George H. Glovka, age 69, of Freedom passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born December 21, 1942 son of the late George and Lena (Ranallo) Glovka in St. Paul, MN.

George was a teacher, football coach, and basketball coach in Sparta, WI for 13 years prior to moving to Freedom. He worked as an accountant for Fox Valley Farm Management for several years before opening George H. Glovka and Associates.

He was an avid fisherman, hunter, card player, and really loved spending time at the cottage with his family on South Twin Lake in Eagle River. George was a sports fan and closely followed the Packers and was also a big L.A. Lakers fan.

George will be remembered by his family and friends as having a great sense of humor and always had a way of slipping in a joke when possible.
