Gerald "Pink" L. Pinkowsky, 74, of Rural Black Creek, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 22, 2011, at his home. He was born November 20, 1936, son of the late Lloyd and Leocadia (Joswiak) Pinkowsky. On March 14, 1962, he was united in marriage to Vivian "Vicky" Pinkowsky in New Mexico. She preceded him in death March 10, 2002. Gerald was a Vietnam Navy Veteran. He was employed at Fox Valley Tool and Die. Pink enjoyed hunting, fishing, sking, the outdoors, motorcycles and beer.
Survivors include his children; Cindy (Mike) Beard, Maryland, Carrie (fiance Stoney Merryfield) Pinkowsky, Shiocton, Dan (Brenda) Pinkowsky, Tennessee, Chris (Greg) Askins, Oshkosh, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 sisters; Jane Chadek, Georgia and Janice Hoh, Augusta Wisconsin
A celebration of Pink's life will be held on Tuesday evening, January 25, 2011, at 6:00 P. M. at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour with Pastor Cameron Giovanelli officiating.
