Geraldine Westgor
July 25, 1940 — March 5, 2011
Geraldine "Geri" Westgor, age 70, of Appleton and formerly of Navarino, passed away March 5, 2011. She was born July 25, 1940 to the late Roman and Sophie (Mitchell) Stilp.
On September 18, 1965 she married Ronald Westgor who preceded her in death on July 30, 1988.
She had been a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Navarino where she enjoyed singing in the choir and was a member of the St. Lawrence Ladies Society.
Geri enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchild.
She is survived by her daughter Laurie Kofnetka (special friend Steve), Appleton; 4 sons: Kevin (Karla) of Pulaski, Steven of Kaukauna, Christopher of Menasha, and Gregory (special friend Mandy) of Navarino. 5 grandchildren: Marissa (Steve) Pankratz, Brianna and Brock Westgor, Samuel and Cassidy Kofnetka; 1 great grandchild Aiden Pankratz. Also survived by 2 sisters: Marilyn (Jim) Sawicki, Oshkosh, and Barbara Stilp, Neenah.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Dianne Stilp.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Monday, March 7, 2011 from 4 PM to 8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Navarino, from 9:30 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM with Fr. Theodore Hendricks officiating.
