Glen Maass

Glen Norman Maass, age 72 of Seymour, passed peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.

Born to Norman and Verla Maass on September 3, 1952, Glen was a lifelong member of the Seymour community. Glen had a passion for farming, skiing, sailing, and life. He will be remembered as a farmer, a father, and a dear friend to many, who always had a story to share and an ear to listen.

He is survived by his children: Dale (Ashley), Shawn (Amelia), Pamela, and Matthew (Jessica); his 7 grandchildren; brothers: Warren (Gloria) and Merle; sister, Jean; and his loving partner Barb.

He was proceeded in death by his parents: Norman and Verla Maass; his sister, Janet Maass; and his brother-in-law, Bob Keune.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
