Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called home by our Lord. Heath was carried by his mother for 21 weeks until he was born. He was unable to meet this world but he will be remembered by his parents and family forever.
He is received into Heaven by his Grandmother Ginger Hoppe, Great Grandparents Rose Marie Skinkis, Edward and Virginia Ciesielczyk, Jenny Marie and Earl Hoppe, Bernice and John Welhouse, and Aunt Laura Skinkis
He is survived by his parents David and Nicki Skinkis along with many family and friends.
A private memorial will be held by the family.
