Jean Chapman

Jean E. Chapman, 74, of Shiocton, passed away Thursday afternoon, August 20, 2015 at Theda Clark Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born December 7, 1940, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C.G. Olson.
On July 14, 1962, she was united in marriage to Harland Chapman.
Jean was a member of New Life United Methodist Church in Cicero. She played piano and organ at the Cicero United Methodist Church for many years. She was a Director and Treasurer of Challenge the Outdoors for 13 years and served on many committees. She was a member/officer of the American Institute of Banking for many years and had 35 years in the Banking Industry retiring in 2002 from M & I Bank.
Survivors include her husband, Harland; children: Mary (Dan) Brockman, Sue Schroeder, James (Vanessa) Chapman; grandchildren: Jesse (Jamie) Brockman, Justin (Amanda) Pues, Sarah Schroeder, Jordyn (Danielle) Pues, Amanda Schroeder, Korey Schroeder, Miranda Chapman; step-grandchildren: Greg Brockman, Holly Brockman, Austin Doriott; great-grandchildren: MacKenzie Pues, Alex Brockman, Liam Schroeder, Chase Brockman, Emytt Pues and Ellisyn Pues; step great-grandchildren: Ethan Brockman, Cullen Brockman ; foster son , Glenn (Pam) Quast and family, Lindsay and Phillip; brothers and sisters-in-law: Donna Olson, Carolyn Mikkelson, Dean (Marcia) Chapman, Beverly (Dave) Collins; special friend, Lu Vonne Priebe; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by brother, Clifford (Jerry) Olson; brothers-in-law, Carroll Chapman and Cameron Mikkelson; in-laws, Harry and Gwen Chapman.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. and visitation will continue on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at New Life Methodist Church, Seymour from 9:30 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bill Schroeder officiating. Burial will take place in Cicero Methodist Cemetery.
