Jeffery Schmitz

Jeffery R. Schmitz, 43, of Menasha, passed away from a lingering illness, Saturday afternoon, April 22, 2017. He was born August 30, 1973, son of Darwin and Ann (Veeser) Schmitz.
On April 30, 2014, he was united in marriage to Lorie Rusch. The couple have been together for many years.
Jeff enjoyed playing in bands, boat rides, movies, all of his T.V. shows, cooking and hanging out with friends.

Survivors include his wife, Lorie; one son, Trey; parents, Darwin and Ann Schmitz; sister, Fay (Tom) Fritsch; mother-in-law, Sue Rader; in-laws: Kristi (Jeff) Crooks, Debbie (Mike) Lahay, nieces: April, Megan, Allison, Mikayla and Carrie; one nephew, Cody; his cats: Fart, Goof and Roo; special friends, Irma Burgos, Enrique "Dos Cervezas Gonzales , Sid and Linda Seehawer, Travis Dybus and many other friends.
Preceded in death by his cat, Kitten.

A celebration of Jeff's life will be at Doxbee's, N6744 County Rd. C, Seymour on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 4 p.m. and will continue with a reception to follow. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com
