Joyce Van Wychen, age 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Aurora Medical Center- Manitowoc County.
Joyce was born on December 14, 1944 daughter of the late Kenneth and Ethel (Voight) Brown.
She was employed at United Heath until her retirement. Joyce enjoyed working in her flower garden, watching her birds and reading.
Joyce leaves behind many people who loved her including her daughters: Judy (Edward) Krzyzak, Sue (Mike) Eiting, Shari (Todd) Romenesko; grandchildren: Sara Olsen, Keith (Trisha) Krzyzak, Madelin (Tyler) Eiting, Matthew Eiting, Marcus Eiting, Maisen Eiting, Travis Romenesko, Brandon Romenesko; great-grandchildren: Destiny Nicolaison, Desi Nicolaison, Chandler Nicolaison, Faith Krzyzak; two great-great-grandchildren: Noah and Madeline; two sisters: Janet Rohm, Jeanne McAndrew; brothers: Vic (Marlene) Brown, Bud (Nancy) Brown, Bill (Sally) Brown; sisters-in-law: Vi Brown-Luebke; nieces, nephews and other friends.
She was preceded in death by her former in laws: Norbert and Eileen Van Wychen; former husband, Tom Van Wychen; brother, Sheldon Brown; brothers-in-law: Glen Rohm, Bob McAndrew; grandson, Guy and great-granddaughter, Aspen.
Visitation will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 3 p.m. until the funeral at 5:30 p.m. with Pastor Ty Stoneburner officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
