Judith Van Handel

Judith Van Handel, age 69, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Judy was born on August 25, 1955 to the late Robert and Estelle Colvin. She was united in marriage to Donald Van Handel on April 6, 1974.

She had a great love for her family, spending time with them, and watching the grandkids sporting events. Judy enjoyed baking, cooking, cheering on the Brewers and Packers, as well as crafting, bowling and playing cards.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandma who will be forever missed.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Donald Van Handel; children: Bill (Kim) Van Handel, Jim (Natalie) Van Handel, Sara (Brad) Wichman; four grandchildren: Brooke, Brian, Ryan and Riley; siblings: Mary Ann Lahna, Tom (Kathy) Colvin, and Connie (Mike) Kornusky; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Raymond and Hortense Van Handel; grandson, Kyle Van Handel; brother-in-law, Richard Lahna.

A private funeral mass for Judy will take place with burial at St. John Cemetery, Seymour.
