Karla Rae (Kimball) Salewski, age 50, of Seymour passed away suddenly of natural causes on Sunday, June 20, 2010. She was born April 19, 1960 to Jeanette (Rohm) Kimball and the late Robert Kimball.
Karla graduated from Seymour High School in 1978. She was employed at Tufco in Green Bay as a quality control technician. She loved her Sunday afternoon bartending job at Rumors in Nichols.
She sang for many weddings throughout the years and loved to sing karaoke. Karla also enjoyed flowers, gardening, and going on camping trips.
Karla is survived by her mother Jeanette; 2 sisters Kerry Kimball (Mike) Figlinski, Seymour, and Kris Kimball, Seymour; 3 brothers: Dan (Diane) Kimball, Seymour, Tom Kimball, Seymour, and Scott (Polly) Kimball of New London; 3 nieces: Cami Jo, Heidi, and Emily; 2 nephews: Shane and Justin (Ashley); good friend Diane "Rose" (John Phillips) Trost. She is further survived by many relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Bob, and niece Bobbi Jean.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home from 9 AM until services at 10:30 AM with Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating. Burial will take place at Emmanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Karla's memory.
