Keith A. Wasrud, 74, of Appleton, passed away Monday morning, December 7, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born March 21, 1941, son of the late Royal Sr. and Josephine (Moser) Wasrud. On September 7, 1974, he was united in marriage to Christeen Figlinski.
Keith was a 1959 graduate of Iola High School and then attended River Falls graduating from Madison Business College. He was employed with Appleton Manufacturing Company, John Strange Paper Company, Menasha, Morning Glory Dairy, De Pere and Radisson Paper Valley, Appleton. He enjoyed singing in the choir, avid bowler, gardening, and watched the Food Network and started cooking.
Keith was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, 530 W. Parkway Blvd. Appleton.
Survivors include his wife, Christeen; daughter, Lisa Wasrud; three brothers: Royal Jr. (Eileen) Wasrud, Scandinavia; Robert Sr. (Margaret) Wasrud, Scandinavia; Donald (Dawn) Wasrud, Iola; many cousins, nieces and nephews and other relatives.
He is preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Wasrud.
Friends may call at Bethany Lutheran Church, 530 W. Parkway Blvd., Appleton on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mark Henke officiating.
