Leah Kasanaha "She Walks With Pride" Smith (nee Cornelius), age 39, passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 30, 2023.
Leah is survived by her children Charlotte (Gotti) Cornelius and her child Damien Holland, DeAngelo (Madi) Doxtator Jr. and his child Ahmeris Lijah Doxtator, Lijah (Adriana) Doxtator, SIR Smith, and Sincere Smith; her father Weston Cornelius, her siblings Servilla Van Dyke, Kilabrew (Jean) Van Dyke, Yako (Donovan) Webster, and Mae Cornelius.
Nieces and nephews: Stos, Shantel, Lanuhkwat, Kirsten, Micgwire, Marissa, Connie, Daris, Janaiya "J Bob", Leilana, Johnny, Mateo, Osakwalha, Zandria Rain "Squishy".
Further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Leah was a loving and generous person. She would give her last dollar to help those around her. Family was everything to her, right up until the end. She made sure everyone knew how much she loved them.
Leah's laugh was infectious and she shared it often with her family and friends; she had a great sense of humor.

Visitation will take place at The Oneida Longhouse, W370 Reformatory Road, Oneida, WI, beginning at 6 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2023 and continuing until services on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 1 PM with Bob Brown officiating.
