Lloyd F. Kropp, age 89, passed away, Monday, October 29, 2007 at his home with his family by his side. He was born July 13, 1918, son of the late Fred and Elsie (Herring) Kropp. On April 29, 1939 he was united in marriage to Verona Schmit. She preceded him in death April 22, 1988. Lloyd was a life long resident of the area where he farmed until his retirement. He was a member of St. Sebastian's Catholic Church in Isaar and the holy Name Society. He was also a member of the Isaar Trail Riders Snowmobile Club, and was well known for his Booyah. Combining with his son, Gary, and playing cards at Petticoat were some of his favorite past times.

Survivors include his children: Germaine (Richard) Hock; Gary (Doris) Kropp and Don (Cindy) Kropp, all of Seymour; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Vilas Tomacek, Howard; special friend, Jean Verheyden, Seymour.

Lloyd was preceded in death by; his wife, Verona; 1 granddaughter, Mary; and six sisters.

Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour from 4-8 P.M., Friday, November 2, with a prayer service at 7:30 P.M. and Saturday, November 3, at St. Sebastian's Catholic Church, Isaar from 9:00 A.M. until services at 10:30 AM.
