Lloyd C. Lemke, age 83, of Black Creek passed away Sunday evening, August 19, 2007, at his residence. He was born April 21, 1924 in West Bend, the son of the late Harvey and Viola (Alberts) Lemke. He was united in marriage to Esther Laehn on September 18, 1948 in Black Creek. She preceded him in death on January 21, 1996. Lloyd was a World War II Navy Veteran. He farmed for many years and later did security work.
He is survived by his son, William (Sandy) Lemke, Black Creek; daughter, Barbara Lemke, Appleton; six grandchildren: Michael (fiancee, Melissa), Matthew and Mitchell (Dana); Bradley, Billy (special friend, Sara) Nooyen and Becky (Mark) Pynenberg; step-grandson, Del Jr. Wendt; great-grandchildren: Dalton, Madison, Wesley, Devon and Dane Lloyd; step great-grandson, Del. He further survived by two brothers, Bob Lemke and Dick (Chris) Lemke, all of California.
Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, 358 S. Main St., Seymour on Wednesday, August 22, 2007, from 4:00 P.M. until funeral services at 7:00 P.M.
