Lois Doris Blohm, 67, of Seymour passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born March 9, 1947, daughter of the late Clarence and Doris (Murray) Witthuhn.
On February 22, 1964, she was united in marriage to Gary Blohm. They were married 3 days short of 51 years.
Lois enjoyed going to Iola car shows, Harley Fests, Antiquing, and going to auctions with Gary and her son, Brian. She loved crocheting and knitting afghans for her family which she learned how to do from her mother. She also loved going to Arizona to visit her very good friend MaryAnn. Riding her horse, Zuni, taking car rides with her dog, Daisy. She also liked snowmobiling, going hunting with Gary, camping with her family and baking her sugar cookies at Christmas time and reading. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandsons.
Lois was employed at Seymour Bakery, Big Boy restaurant in Green Bay, North Osborn Cheese, Chilton-Globe, and Fort Howard/Fort James.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Gary; son, Brian (Julie); grandchildren: Trisha (Clint) Klementz, JoAnn (Jeff) Kunick, and Jordan Blohm; great-grandsons: Isaac Kunick, Connor and Cole Klementz; brothers and sisters: Vernon (Tommi), Jerome, Lee (Patti) Witthuhn, Janice (Gary) Finder, Rose Ann (Jerry) Mueller; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ken (Sharon) Blohm and Kathy Blohm; one uncle, Lawrence Witthuhn; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her parents, son, Terry and mother and father in-law.
Friends may call at New Life United Methodist Church, Seymour on Monday, March 2, 2015 from 10 a.m. until services at 2 p.m. with Pastor Rebecca Henry officiating. Burial will take place in Seymour City Cemetery. Online condolences maybe expressed at
