Lucille Hein

On January 20, 2015, Lucille E. (Barth) Hein, age 88, of Black Creek, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was born on January 29, 1926 in Black Creek, Wisconsin of the late Elsie (Hoops) and Lee J. Barth. Lucille was the beloved wife of the late Jerome S. Hein and devoted mother of Gerald K. Hein and wife Katharine, Julie A. Hein and husband Mark Suda and Dennis J. Hein and wife Laurie. Lucille adored her only grandchild, Nicholas Adrian Hein - son of Gerald and Katharine. Lucille is also survived by her brother, Leslie Barth of Port Charlotte, Florida and her sister, LaVerne Dryden, Waunakee, Wisconsin. Also survived are three nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Lila Mae Barth; brother, Loyal Barth; brother-in-law, Robert Dryden and god-son and nephew, Lee Dryden.
Lucille was a loving wife, caring parent and had a great love for her church. A lifelong member of the United Church of Christ in Black Creek, Wisconsin, Lucille taught Sunday school and as music brought her great joy, she enjoyed being church organist and singing in the choir for over 35 years. With a twinkle in her eye and a positive word to everyone, she lived by this proverb, "This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!". Lucille will be sorely missed by her family, neighbors and friends of UCC.
Service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the United Church of Christ in Black Creek, Wisconsin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Schwinn officiating, followed by a luncheon. Visitation is scheduled at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. Flowers or contributions may be sent to the church at 101 S. Clark Street, Black Creek, Wisconsin 54106.
