STEPHENSON, MADDISON TRACY MARIE
Maddison Tracy Marie Stephenson infant daughter of William and Lisa (Arnoldussen) Stephenson, passed away early Sunday morning, September 23, 2007 at her home. She was born September 19, 2007 in Appleton at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Survivors include her parents William & Lisa, her twin brother Brennan, and her brother Logan. She is further survived by her maternal grandparents: Linda Rohm (special friend John) and Larry Arnoldussen (special friend Laurie); Paternal Grandparents; Ann Stephenson and William Stephenson; Great-grand parents: Mike and Laverne Arnoldussen; Roy and Pearl Pleshek; Hilda Haasl; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private family graveside service was held at St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.boettcherfuneralhomes.com .
