Mary Brocker

April 29, 1953 — October 18, 2014

Mary "Mar" L. Brocker, 61, of Seymour, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday morning, October 18, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born April 29, 1953, daughter of the late John and Mathilda "Tillie" (Linsmeyer) Hermus in Green Bay.
Mary was born into a large farming family and had over 100 cousins. She carried her hard work ethic with her to Chilton (Globe) Toys where she was dedicated for over 25 years. She passionately served as the President for the Local Union 7724, working to better protect her fellow co-workers with the help of State Representatives.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oneida where she also served as a teacher for many years. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the family cottage in Townsend. She loved oldies and country music, swimming and creating loving relationships with her patients as she served as a CNA.
Mary is survived by her son, James (Rebecca Pingel) Brocker, and their children: Jerzy, Jozlyn and Jameson, of Shawano; daughter, Crystal (Charles) Meltz and their children: Justine and Jadynn, of Seymour; siblings: Kathleen (Roger) Kerkhoff, Sherry (Vaughn) Wilkinson, Ron (Cindy) Hermus, John Jr. (Debbie) Hermus, Mark Hermus, Lee Hermus, James (Sandy) Hermus, Gene (Lori) Hermus; godchild, Jason Wilkinson; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; special friend and father of her children, Mel Brocker; aunts and uncles: Rose (Harold) Hendricks, Evelyn Hermus, Ed Klarner, Margaret Linsmeyer and Jane Linsmeyer; her special dog and baby, Holly.
Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerome Hermus; grandparents, Cornelius and Anna (Ver Gowan) Hermus and Joseph and Frances (Duffek) Linsmeyer; numerous aunts and uncles; great nephew, Cooper Alan Wilkinson; In-laws, Melvin and Angeline Brocker, Barb Van Boxtel and Donna Prilepp.
