Maxine M. (Loritz) Werner, age 65, was born to eternal life on Friday, January 29, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay. She was born January 13, 1945, daughter of Anton and Vivian (Zander) Loritz.
Maxine attended St. John Catholic School and graduated from Seymour High School in 1963. She met the love of her life, David Werner, while attending high school and the couple married on June 12, 1968. Before they married, Maxine worked with the Green Bay Police Department for 5 years. Throughout their marriage, Maxine enjoyed raising her family and caring for many other children as well. She loved finches and chickadees, shopping and decorating. Maxine had a great faith in Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.
She is survived by her mother, Vivian Loritz, Seymour; husband, Dave; Green Bay; a son, Stacey (Sheila) Werner; Manitowoc; two daughters, Vicky (Kevin) Renard, Green Bay; Jodie (Roger) Polifka, Oneida;; step-grandson, Philip Koch, and her other "grandchildren" Emma Rae and Lillianna; a sister, Loradon (Calvin) Fischer, Menasha; and a brother, Dennis Loritz, Seymour; nieces and nephews: Brian Fischer, Amy Jacobs, Kerri Calmes, Tony John Fischer; great-nieces and nephews: Brandt, Lillianna Vivian, Austin, Jaidin, Seth, Kennedi, and Kassadi.
Maxine was preceded in death by her father Anton Loritz, her mother and father-in-law, Fred and Lucille Werner.
