Michelle Holub

Michelle L. (Van Lankvelt) Holub, 47, of Little Chute, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at ThedaCare Appleton Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born on February 27, 1975 the daughter of Mary (Wimberger) Van Lankvelt and Donald Van Lankvelt.

She graduated from Appleton East High School in 1993. Following high school she earned her certification in child care from Fox Valley Technical College.

She was united in marriage to Neil Holub on July 19, 2008 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour.

Michelle was a natural caregiver and really enjoyed working with young children and the elderly.

She enjoyed baking, gardening, decorating for the holidays, and making various crafts. Two of her important loves in life were her niece, Aria and her beloved fur baby, Arlo.

Michelle is survived by husband, Neil Holub; mother, Mary (fiance, Bill Von Holt) Van Lankvelt; father, Donald (Sandy) Van Lankvelt; brothers: Jeff (Tracy) Van Lankvelt and Ryan (Toni) Van Lankvelt; father-in-law and mother-in-law: David and Deborah Holub. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Sylvester and Marie Wimberger; paternal grandparents: Wilbur and Eleanor Van Lankvelt; and sister-in-law, Sara Holub.

A visitation will take place at Faith Lutheran Church, 601 E Glendale Ave, Appleton on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am with Pastor Aaron Rosenau officiating.
