Omar Seely

Omar J. Seely, 90, of Nichols passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at his home.  He was born January 20, 1927, son of the late Orrin and Addie (Dornbrock) Seely.  On June 8, 1957, he was united in marriage to Kathleen Enrico.  She preceded him in death April 23, 2001.  He was united in marriage to Joyce (Sievert) Sigl on June 14, 2013.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cicero and a World War II Navy and Coast Guard Veteran.  Omar enjoyed fishing, especially his favorite spots in upper Michigan, horses, collecting records, old country music, flea markets and garage sales. But most of all he loved spending time with his dog, Buster giving him watermelon for treats.

Omar is survived by his wife, Joyce; his son, Terry (Sue) Seely; daughters: Sally Seely (Carlos), Sherry Bugler and Susan (Ed) Pye; step-children: Bonnie (Tim) Hanson, Leonard Sigl (friend, Bev), and Dennis (Chris) Sigl; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son, Steve; brother, Bill and sister, Nancy.

Friends may call at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cicero on Thursday, December 7, 2017, from 9:30 am until services at 11:00 am with Pastor Ty Stoneburner officiating.  His cremains will be interned at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com.
