Ralph Duane Nickolas Diedrick, 84, of Seymour passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. He was born May 6, 1934 a son of the late Henry and Phoebe (Vanderlock) Diedrick.
On March 15, 1971 he was united in marriage to Beatrice Roskom.
Ralph served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War and was a member of Seymour American Legion Post #106, serving as Commander in 1987 and was a member of the 40 et 8.
Ralph worked at Packerland Packing in Green Bay for 32 years and ran R&B's Restaurant in Seymour prior to his retirement. After retirement, he continued to stay busy working part-time at Coonen's Shell, Robinson Sheet Metal, Diedricks Heating and Air Conditioning, and Schroeder's Greenhouse while also enjoying time on the golf course and playing cribbage.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice; six children: Sandra Taggart, Cynthia Woldt, Timothy, Brian (Kelly), Chad (Carrie), and Bradley Diedrick; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and sister, Marlene Williams.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 8 siblings.
Friends may call at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 9:30 am until the funeral mass at 11:30 am with Fr. Brian Belongia and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating, with military honors. Entombment will take place at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, is assisting the family with arrangements.
