MC CLINTOCK, RICHARD JAMES
Neenah

Richard James McClintock, age 56, of Neenah, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at his home. He was born May 28, 1953 in Appleton, son of Dorothy (Wendt) VandenBoogaard and the late Calvin McClintock. On November 16, 1974, he was united in marriage to Ruth Ann Jankowski in Neenah.

Dick was employed at Neenah Foundry for 33 years. He was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Neenah. He loved the weather and working outside, particularly lawn mowing. He was a jack-of all-trades. Give him a problem, he would fix it. Most importantly, his most recent favorite past time was spending time with his grandson, Miles. Miles and Grandpa very much enjoyed their daily trips outside, sitting on the rocking chair on the front porch and nightly bath time.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ann, their children: Sara (Greg) McClintock-Treep M.D., Neenah; Shawn (Kristin) McClintock, Neenah; grandson Miles Treep; mother, Dorothy VandenBoogaard, Freedom; brothers and sisters: Dan (Connie) McClintock, Appleton; Sandy Westenberger, Appleton; Teri McClintock, Madison; Bonnie Matthaeus, St. Cloud, FL; Jackie (Dennis) Stiltjes, Appleton; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Robert (Jeanne) Jankowski, Fremont; Christian Jankowski, Neenah; Sally (Joe) Fermanich, Neenah; Vicky Jankowski, Neenah; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather Bob VandenBoogaard, sister-in-law Rosemary Jankowski and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Harry and Dorothy Jankowski.

Friends may call at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 118 Oak Street, Neenah, from 10 AM until services at 11 AM on Monday, August 31, 2009 with Pastor Eric Quinney-Burnard officiating. Burial at Rest Haven Cemetery, Neenah. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com
