Robert Fellion
December 7, 1920 — February 25, 2010
Robert "Bob" G. Fellion, age 89, of Seymour and formerly of Niagara, WI passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Appleton.
He was born December 7, 1920 to the late Edward and Louise (Lemorand) Fellion.
Bob graduated from Kingsford, Michigan High School in 1938 and entered the CCCs. He enlisted in the US Marine Corp on his 21st birthday in 1941. He served in the Pacific Theatre and was honorably discharged in 1945.
Bob settled in Racine, WI and worked at the family auto body shop until moving to the Iron Mountain area in the early 1950's.
He married Dorothy, the love of his life, and they celebrated 40 years of marriage this past summer.
Bob is survived by his wife Dorothy, Seymour; his daughters: Linda (Joe) Tripp, Pembine, and Lynn Cartier, Seymour; four granddaughters: Donna (Hank), Kirsten (Cavin), Megan (Jana), and Marcie (Kimani); 5 great grandchildren: Lonee, Helena, Pace, Joelle, and Evangelynn; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Harley, Earl, and Roland; a sister Lavilla; son-in-law Joel Cartier.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Sunday, February 28th, 2010 from 1 PM until services at 3 PM with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating.
