Seymour
Robert (Duke) Liebergen passed away early Wednesday morning, November 7, 2007 at his home following a courageous battle with a brain tumor. He was born August 29, 1950, son of Robert Sr. and Ethel (Ambrosius) Liebergen. On December 4, 2000 he was united in marriage o Amy Schwandt in Seymour. Duke was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Seymour. He also was a member of the Fox Valley Brain Tumor Coalition. He farmed in the town of Cicero most of his life.
Robert is survived by: his wife, Amy; two sons, Rick (Jenny) Liebergen and Josh Gomm, Seymour; his parents, Robert and Ethel Liebergen, Seymour; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barry and Jane Schwandt, Shiocton; 3 grandsons: Sam, Nick and Chris Liebergen; his brothers and sisters: Jack (Jane) Liebergen, Seymour; Wayne Liebergen, Black Creek; Mike Liebergen, Seymour; Joan (Dave) Hanson, Seymour; Joyce Liebergen, Rhinelander; Lynn (John) Hofacker, Appleton; Laurie (Brian) Peterson, Seymour; sister-in-law, Jenny (John) Mc Candless, Shiocton; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2007 at Noon A.M. at St. John's Catholic Church, Seymour. Friends may call at the church from 10 A.M. until the hour of the service.
