Roger Haas

Roger Leo Haas, age 65, of Freedom died Sunday afternoon, December 9, 2012. He was born November 9, 1947 son of the late Leo and Lola (Kelly) Haas. On December 23, 1974 he married Barbara Vander Logt.

Roger was a graduate of Premontre High School in Green Bay and was a U. S. Marine Veteran. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Freedom. Roger loved fishing, carpentry work and doing projects for other people. Time spent with family was important to him.

He is survived by his wife Barb; children: Michelle (John) Ziebell, Appleton, Jennifer (Jason) Vandenberg, Oshkosh; Chad (Wanda) Diemel, Oneida; grandchildren: Lauren and Lana; a brother David (Bonnie) Haas, Stratham, New Hampshire; two sisters: Judy (Ken) Doersch, Mountain; Donna (Craig) Hansford, Green Bay; Nephews: Ryan (Kristy) Haas, Stephen (Amy) Haas and their children: Anna, Casey, Brian and Keith Handsford; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and their families; grand dogs and grand cats.

Friends may call at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Freedom on Friday, December 14, 2012 from 10:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM with Fr. Daniel Felton officiating
