Roger Lee Rupp, 81, Seymour, passed away Thursday evening, January 25, 2018, at Woodside Nursing Home, Green Bay. He was born April 10, 1936, son of the late Fred and Ella (Smith) Rupp in Westbrook, MN.
Roger moved to Green Bay with his family in 1944. He grew up on a farm in Seymour township, of which he later owned and operated until 1989.
On July 2, 1960 he was united in marriage to Donna Mae Mueller.
He assisted Donna’s parents on the farm for a number of years. In 1989 Roger and Donna moved to Ashwaubenon where he babysat his grandsons and attended most every toy and steam engine show there was. He enjoyed going to flea markets looking for toys to restore.
Roger is survived by his wife of 57 years, Donna; daughter, Tina Marie (Timothy) Moureau, Green Bay; grandsons: Lucas J. Moureau, Algoma; and Mitchell L. Moureau, Green Bay; three sisters: Dorie Baake, Crivitz; Lola (Joe) Sobieck, Phelps; Kayla (Reuben) Anderson, Green Bay; a godson, Donald Baake, Crivitz; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his in-laws, Reinhold H. and Hilda Mueller; and a brother-in-law, Marvin Baake.
